Associate Physician

Chicago Nasal & Sinus Center, a premier private independent rhinology practice located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician (fellowship-trained or with extensive rhinology experience) to join our practice.  This is an opportunity join an established practice in a highly desirable location with a catchment area that includes the Chicago metropolitan area, the surrounding northern Illinois communities, southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.  The successful candidate must possess strong clinical skills, have a commitment to outstanding patient care, have a desire to grow the practice and have the desire to build a national reputation in the rhinology community. 

Single office location with minor procedure room, nearby outpatient surgery center and community hospital affiliations and no ER call responsibilities. Offering a guaranteed salary with productivity incentives as well as malpractice insurance, paid vacation, CME reimbursement, medical insurance, and retirement plan.

Candidate must possess the following qualifications: 

• M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program or equivalent
• Strong clinical skills, outgoing personality and commitment to excellent patient care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery or equivalent
• Rhinology Fellowship or extensive experience in rhinology and skull base surgery
• Illinois Medical, DEA and CDS/Controlled Substance licenses
